Shedd Aquarium recruited Imageworks Chicago to create a magical and enthralling animated backdrop for the new exhibit “Fantasea” at the Oceanarium’s ampitheater. The show premiered Summer 2009 on a screen 110 feet wide by 26 feet high. I solely created all aspects of the animation, design and compositing for the Open and Close for the Exhibit. I collaborated with the team at Imageworks Chicago for the concept.
